RSS Feeds

What is RSS?
RSS is a popular XML/HTTP mechanism that allows users to subscribe to data feeds using select news readers, browsers and e-mail clients. An available feed for data is signified by the Standard Newsfeed Icon standard web newsfeed icon. Clicking on the icon generally takes you to the newsfeed itself, or information about the newsfeed.

What Programs support RSS Newsfeeds?
RSS News Readers (aka: News Aggregators) are used to download, display and subscribe to RSS feeds. Major web browsers and e-mail clients are also becoming RSS aware, making RSS feeds very popular today.
