    Added the "Max Active Connections" property to limit the number
    of allowable active connections.

    Added the "Inactivity Timeout (sec)" property to limit the time
    a connection is allowed to be inactive.

    Added the "Rejected Connections" performance counter that tracks
    the number of connections that have been rejected because they
    were over the limit specified by the "Max Active Connections"
    property.

    Added the "Expired Connections" performance counter that tracks
    the number of connections that have expired because they were
    over the limit specified by the "Inactivity Timeout (sec)"
    property.

    Added the "Log Rejected" connection log setting that determines
    if rejected connection information is written to the log file.

    Added the "Log Expired" connection log setting that determines
    if expired connection information is written to the log file.
