    Added the Enabled property to the Group object that allows you to
    enable/disable the MenuBar buttons.

    Added the DisabledIconImage property to the Group object that
    allows you to specify the image displayed when a MenuBar button
    is disabled.

    Added the JavaScript cswmButtonEnable and cswmItemEnable
    functions that give you client-side programmability into setting
    the enabled state of the MenuBar buttons and Popup menu items.

    Fixed an initialization bug when using the MenuBar tab strip mode
    in Safari.
