The WebMenu installation program only registers the 32-bit version of the WebMenu control. To use the 64-bit version of the WebMenu control, the DLL needs to be manually registered using the following:

> C:\Program Files (x86)\CSWebMenu7\Libraries\x64>regsvr32 CSWebMenu7.dll

These steps should be executed as an elevated Administrator on the target machine. After that, the 64-bit version of the control should be able to be instantiated inside 64-bit processes.
